Meet Our Executives

Don Wiginton is the Chairman and CEO. He joined Wiginton full-time in 1980 as a designer. In 1985, he became Tampa Branch Manager. In 1990, he came to the corporate office as Executive Vice President. He was named President in 1994 and CEO in 1997.

In addition to leading Wiginton Corporation for over 25 years, Don has been active in the Fire Sprinkler industry with AFSA. He currently sits on the Codes and Construction Committee of the Controlled Environmental Building Association Board of Directors.

Alan has a lifetime of service to Wiginton and the fire protection industry, starting as a helper for $1.00 an hour almost a half a century ago. Since that time, he has been in sales, design, branch management, and corporate management.

Beginning in 1990, Alan has been a part of the executive team, currently sitting on the Board of Directors as Vice Chairman and Trustee of the Wiginton Corporation ESOP Plan.

Alan was instrumental in enhancing our Risk Management programs and sharpening our strategic focus. A strong advocate for Wiginton Employees and culture, he led the effort to transition the company from family owned to employee-owned.

He has served the industry as a Board Member of the National Fire Sprinkler Association, the Florida Fire Sprinkler Association and has been involved in advocating for strong fire protection and fire safety laws, standards, and codes.

Mark, a 30-year employee of Wiginton Corporation who is currently President and COO, oversees all day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business.

Prior to his current role, Mark held several positions starting as an entry-level designer in 1989. He also held several other positions in the Wiginton Pipeline including, Estimator, Sales Representative, Jacksonville Branch Manager, and Sr. VP of Operations of Wiginton Fire Systems.

He is licensed in 16 states, holds a NICET Level IV in Fire Sprinkler Layout, and a Level II in Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance.

Robert Jolly is Sr Vice President/CFO of Wiginton Corporation. He oversees the Accounting, IT and HR departments. He is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. He also oversees human resources and IT activities.

Robert joined Wiginton in 1986. During his 30 plus years career at Wiginton, he has held positions of Staff Accountant and Operations Financial Manager.

Robert graduated from Hunter College of the City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Randy joined Wiginton Corporation in 2015 as Vice President of Service and was promoted to Senior VP of WFS Operations in 2018.
He currently manages the day-to-day operations of our various locations throughout the Southeast.

Prior to that, Randy started in our Tampa office in 1999 as the Design Manager and was promoted to Branch Manager a few years later.

Randy has been in the business of managing people and business for 31 years with humble beginnings in a gas station right out of high school.

He earned an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting that allowed him to break into the fire sprinkler business in 1994.

George W. Stanley is currently the Senior Vice President and Manager of Wiginton Fire Protection Engineering, Inc. He joined Wiginton Fire Sprinklers, Inc. in late 1973 as a pipefitter and over the last 48 years held a variety of positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Prior to joining the Corporate Team, Robert was a true Wiginton Pipeline success story, holding numerous positions in the Jacksonville Branch, starting as a helper in 1988.

He was a foreman, designer, design manager, contract sales representative, and ultimately Branch Manager from 2009-2017.

Jeysson began at Wiginton in December of 1997. He initially started in the Pompano Beach Thread Department. Jeysson later transferred to the Weld Department in layout. In 2002, he attended the Atlantic Vocational School, received a 6-G weld certification, and began welding for the company. He was promoted to Weld Lead later in 2002. In 2005, to add to his resume and value to the company, Jeysson enrolled in the Miami Lakes Educational Center and entered the Commercial Vehicle Driving program and was awarded his certificate in August of that year. In 2006, he transferred to Sanford and was promoted again to Assistant Plant Manager.

In 2017, he was named the Vice President and Plant Manager of the Sanford fire sprinkler plant.  In 2021, he was promoted to General Manager and he currently oversees daily operation of the entire Quality Fabrication and Supply business unit in both fire sprinkler and mechanical manufacturing.

Randy began his career more than 45 years ago at Wiginton as an apprentice pipefitter. Since then, he has held almost every position in the sprinkler industry.

Currently, he is the Wiginton representative to some of our longest-tenured corporate clients.
Randy has been licensed by numerous states and is a Senior Engineering Technician certified by NICET.

Ernie has been with Wiginton Fire Protection Engineering since its inception in 1998 as an engineer. He was promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2002. In addition to being in responsible charge of engineering projects and services in the south Florida area, he is also involved design staff training, as well as, in the marketing and selling of fire protection engineering services.

Before joining Wiginton Fire Protection Engineering, Ernie was President of Professional Loss Control, a consulting firm, which he started in 1995. Prior to this, he was a field engineer for Hartford Steam Boiler and Factory Mutual Engineering Association (now FM Global).

Ernie received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami. He has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 1997, and holds fire sprinkler contractor licenses in several states. He is a member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). He serves on the Engineering and Standards Committee of the National Fire Sprinkler Association, as well as on the Technical Committees of several NFPA Standards. He also serves on the Board of Directors for True North Classical Academy Charter School.

Ramona Castellano serves as Corporate Controller and Vice President and has been with Wiginton Corporation since 2003. She is responsible for the supervision of the accounting department, providing accounting expertise, collecting data to assist with decision making and financial reporting.

Prior to her tenure with Wiginton Corporation, she joined the international public accounting firm, Deloitte, after college graduation and progressed to Senior Manager. She provided accounting and auditing proficiency to a varied and diverse client base.

Ramona is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a current member and past board member of the Construction Financial Management Association – Central Florida.

Steve joined Wiginton Corporation in 2006 as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2008. In addition to leading HR, benefits, and employee health and safety, he coordinates Wiginton’s marketing efforts.

Prior to Wiginton, Steve was Director of Human Resources for CCS Medical in Clearwater, Florida from 2001 to 2006. He started the company’s human resources department and led it through several mergers, growing from 85 to over 800 employees.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Capella University. He is an adjunct professor at Seminole State College and has previously served as Chairman of the Seminole County Animal Control Board and the Business Advisory Board of Seminole County Public Schools.

Skip Houston, Vice president of Purchasing, Facilities & Fleet operations has served Wiginton for 34 years in a variety of roles.

Started with Wiginton in 1987 in the thread shop, moved to yard lead for several years. In 1994 I moved to the warehouse, in 1998 became warehouse supervisor. I was promoted to Purchasing in 2001. In 2017 I became the Director of Purchasing. Promoted to Vice President of Purchasing, Facilities, and Fleet Operations in February of 2020
