Fire Sprinker Service Tech / Inspector – West Palm Beach

Job Summary:
The main role of a Service Technician is to ensure the proper servicing, repairing, or installation of fire sprinkler and other fire protection systems at the job site. You will be responsible for responding quickly to on-site service calls and effectively troubleshooting repairs. Precise service tickets and reports must be prepared, and work vehicles and tools must be maintained as needed. Success in this role requires collaborative teamwork, prioritizing customer service, satisfaction, and effective communication.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Possess a valid driver’s license

• Strong understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and procedures used in the installation process

• Working knowledge of NFPA Standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of service experience (4-6 Preferred)

Preferred

• NICET level 1 / ITM Permit

• Backflow Certified

• FASA/BASA

• Experience in other areas of fire protection (alarm, extinguisher, suppression).
