Joe Wiginton founded Wiginton Fire Systems in 1967. From the very beginning, Joe emphasized a sense of opportunity and shared company success among his team. He also created an environment where individual and team success, outstanding customer service, and having fun were encouraged.
That company culture helped spur our growth from a three-employee business in Orlando, to a major company with over 400 employees in 15 locations spread across four states. Despite our growth, we still maintain the same standards of quality, integrity, dedication and the feeling that we are all part of the same close-knit team.

Our business success relies on the individual success of our employees and their ability to grow with our company. Seven of our nine location managers started in field or service positions. Four of those seven started as entry-level helpers in a Wiginton branch. Several of our corporate officers started their careers at Wiginton, including our president/COO who started with the company when he was just 20 years old.
